Greater Hartford Community Wealth Collaborative

The Greater Hartford Community Wealth Collaborative is a pioneering 10-month project to assist selected Hartford-area nonprofit organizations in developing and implementing earned income ventures. 

The Community Wealth Collaborative is sponsored by the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving.

A total of eight organizations were selected to participate in the project.  These eight organizations benefit from:

• Access to experts in the fields of social enterprise and business development.

• A proven methodology for selecting, planning, and launching a social enterprise, along with assessment tools and research support.

• In-depth monthly interaction and collaboration with peer nonprofit organizations.

• Customized assistance from experienced consultants.
