Employee service is a low cost way for corporations
to generate positive community recognition as well as to improve
employee morale. Since September 11, 2001, there has been
a swell of desire to give back to the community. Individuals
from across the nation are looking for ways to find greater
meaning in their lives and to help those less fortunate.
A structured employee service program will
provide opportunities for employees to represent their company
through community involvement, while also providing benefits
to the corporation such as:
- Increases employee satisfaction, job
performance and retention
- Increases employee skills
- Improves hiring and recruitment
- Builds the long-term pipeline of talent
- Improves management and group skills
through team building activities
- Enhances corporate or brand reputation
in new or existing markets
- Assists in corporate culture creation
CWV will work with a client to determine
the community needs, employee desires, and business goals
that can be achieved through employee service, and we will
then work to develop a structured plan to meet these goals.
We also help clients to identify nonprofit partners and find
organizations to manage a large day of service. Our goal is
to help clients community and bottom line business objectives.
