2 days notice for under 50 guests; 1 week for 50-100 guests; 2 weeks for 100+ guests. 24 hours for lunch boxes and breakfast burritos under 25 guests, 48 hours for brisket.

Cancellation Policy:
0-48 hours notice: full payment due. 49-72 hours notice: deposit forfeited. If food has already been purchased, refund is minus food cost unless rescheduled.
