COOPERATIVE DEVELOPER (Fluency in Spanish and English).
CCW is hiring a Cooperative Developer to work directly with entrepreneurs across Metro Denver, helping them build and grow worker-owned cooperatives. The role covers the full arc of co-op development: running a startup academy, guiding founding teams through business planning and legal formation, and providing ongoing coaching to existing co-ops on operations, governance, and growth. It's a bilingual (English/Spanish) position, full-time and hybrid, based in Denver.
