Energize Colorado

ShopBIPOC emerged in summer 2020 during a pivotal moment marked by Black Lives Matter demonstrations and the pandemic's disproportionate impact on communities of color. Major Colorado institutions recognized they could create meaningful change by diversifying their supply chains. Through collaboration between fourteen community organizations, ShopBIPOC was launched to support BIPOC-owned businesses and help institutions find and partner with local diverse suppliers.
