Building Our Cooperative
Ecosystem
Worker Cooperative
Peer Network
The Worker Cooperative Peer Network creates spaces for both co-op founders and current worker-owners to build relationships, share knowledge, and strengthen our collective movement for shared ownership. We're growing a more resilient cooperative economy in Metro Denver through structured peer learning and mutual support.
Gatherings & Cafecitos
The Worker Cooperative Peer Network is a vibrant community fostering collaboration among worker cooperatives. Through our bi-monthly gatherings, members share experiences, exchange insights, and build connections within the worker-cooperative ecosystem. We also offer bi-monthly cafecitos that are more informal spaces to build relationships.
The Peer Network is a dynamic gathering space where like-minded individuals can network and contribute to the growth of each other’s businesses. These gatherings offer opportunities to:
Connect with fellow cooperators
Share practical experiences
Build cross-sector relationships
Strengthen our cooperative community
Together, we're building an economy rooted in solidarity, mutual support, and deep community.

Peer Mentorship Opportunities
In addition to the gatherings above, we connect worker-owners to each other through one-on-one mentoring and co-op shadowing.
