The Civic Consulting Collaborative (CCC) is a values-driven cooperative of experienced consultants committed to advancing equity and collective impact through public engagement, strategy, and learning & evaluation. Civic Consulting Collaborative offers facilitation, strategy, and evaluation services that help groups work across differences to solve complex community challenges.We specialize in stakeholder and public engagement, participatory planning, organizational development, and systems-change strategy. Our team designs and facilitates inclusive processes that build agreement, increase capacity, and lead to equitable, sustainable solutions. From early-stage collaboration design to implementation and evaluation, we guide partners every step of the way. Our work is built on trusted relationships with community partners—especially those serving people historically excluded from decision-making. We practice care for the community by co-creating inclusive processes that lift up local voices and center lived experience in public policy, program design, and evaluation.
