Spring Up

Spring Up is a worker cooperative with 9 members nationally, headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Spring Up practices and teaches the skills to be free together through generative conflict, sharing power across difference, and collective decision making. This majority Black and Queer owned collective has been active since 2013 - you can learn more about their team and network by listening to their podcast "Getting Free Together." Check out their summer line up of online programming at bluelight academy of the liberatory arts, or reach out to them for conflict mediation or training support.

We love to support coops in building out their decision making and conflict infrastructure. Our 6 month program Getting Free Together supports coops and nonprofits in practicing shared leadership and accountability. We also support mission driven groups of any formation in navigating conflict. We offer scholarships and sliding scale pricing for our online programming, mediation services, and trainings so that groups of any size can access them. We contribute to a shift toward making care and conflict labor visible, sustainable, and equitable.

Check out our current line up of online programming at bluelight academy of the liberatory arts, or reach out to us for conflict mediation or training support. We support teams in building infrastructure and skills for shared leadership, decision making, self-management, and generative conflict. We also offer 1:1 leadership development coaching, and can support teams in moving into self - management and practicing sociocracy (or dynamic / circle based governance).
